The old website was a bit outdated, and looked very 2018, so we wanted to give it a brand new look that could dust off the online presence of the company.

Real estate is a sector that’s been visually coasting on the same moodboard for about a decade. Mostly about stock photos of architecture, neutral palette, “premium” in the tagline… The brief was to build something that couldn’t be confused with any of that, which meant committing to space, to type that carries weight, and to not adding things just because it feels safer to have them there.

Hero Section

We committed to a 3D-modelled skyline that reacts to the cursor, because we wanted to catch the eye and to create something that was different from the usual architect photo, while keeping the same universe. With the 3D reacting to the cursor, the hook isn’t visual, it’s behavioral, and helps detaching it from every other real estate site at first glance.

Explanations Section

The offer has a lot of layers, and layers are where most websites lose people. We are super different (yeah), so we gave each argument its own room, because it both serves the message and looks cool as hell.

Conversion Section

Trust doesn’t come from a headline that says “trusted”, but from evidence and numbers : real quotes, real numbers. The whole section is built around answering the question every prospect carries : does this actually work for someone like me? (yes)

Mojo Section

The scroll-reveal uncovers the values one line at a time as you move through the page. It does not only look cool and reactive to everyone’s own pace, but it also helps reading the whole thing without getting bored.

Hero Section

Cleaner version of the opening hero, same DNA, less density. The follow-up section goes deeper into what makes Gestion Samurai special, with a mix of text layouts, cards, and open/close tabs. Clear without being a slog to get through.

As I said, we enter deeply in the work and company core values that make what Gestion Samurai really is. With a diverse system of text layout, cards, open/close tabs, we created a section that is clear yet not boring to cross.

Faces and values. That’s the whole brief for a team section and we didn’t try to make it more complicated than that (lol).

And we end up with a really clear contact page that explains with words how to reach out, rather than a corporate form that often feels cold.
